The new owners of Holland-based commercial heating, cooling and refrigeration company, ProTemp Inc., needed a new website that would not only show the changes they were making in order to better serve their customers, but also generate more quality leads.
Listening to the owners talk about their vision for their business, researching competitors and keywords, and analyzing traffic data, we developed a content strategy that would promote their 24 hour 365 day service, deep product knowledge, and commitment to developing lasting partnerships with commercial clients.
Featuring the company’s full fleet of service vehicles at the top of the homepage–meticulously lined up and facing out–says, your army is here and ready to serve you. Scrolling down, we give the user quick access to important content with simple icons, clear headings and luring buttons, then we reveal a speeding service van to reinforce the team’s readiness and professionalism.
Professional photography throughout the website communicates to the user that the company cares about quality, and has enthusiasm for the service they provide.
We created a robust portfolio of work that the user can filter by installation type and gathered new customer testimonials to demonstrate the quality of work and scale of services. The user can also browse and click through to learn about each of the many brands they carry.
Since nearly half of the website’s traffic is mobile these days, responsive website design was a must, along with strategically placed contact buttons and clickable phone numbers, ensuring that anyone looking at the site can quickly find it.
We also developed a blog and trained the management team on how to write engaging posts and make sure they’re optimized for certain search terms.
The new website consistently brings in new leads (and complements!) for ProTemp Inc.
